Engineer Service Rates

Below is information about the pricing for works performed by EUROCASH1 engineers.

1. When is the hourly rate applied?

Troubleshooting work is charged only if the fault is not related to our rented communication equipment.
In such cases, the cost of work is calculated based on the actual time spent, applying the hourly rate.

2. Pricing

* Travel fee applies if the object is 25km or more away from Vilnius, Kaunas or Klaipėda. The distance is calculated from the nearest city center to the object.

3. Important terms

• Hours are indivisible – charged for full working hours;
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–05:00PM;
• From 05:00PM to 8:00AM, as well as weekends and public holidays, non-working hours apply;
• Rates are applied based on the actual duration of work performed, number of visits, and travel distance (if applicable);
• Additional equipment or materials are charged separately.

4. Order process

1. Once a fault is reported, an engineer arrives at the specified address.
2. Fault diagnostics and repair are carried out.
3. A report is provided, including time spent, travel distance (if applicable), and costs incurred.
4. An invoice is issued for the work performed.
5. By paying the invoice for the completed work, the Client confirms that the work has been accepted and performed properly and to the required quality standards. If the Client does not submit any reasoned comments or claims regarding the quality, scope, or other deficiencies of the work within 5 calendar days from the date of completion, the work shall be deemed accepted without reservations. Claims must be submitted by email to klientas@eurocash1.lt, specifying the site, the date the work was performed, and the identified deficiencies.
