How does the SOS call work?

When we receive a call, we will immediately dispatch two rapid response crews. Unlike a call to a general emergency number, you don’t have to explain who you are and what danger you are in. The rapid response team will arrive at the location specified in the service request.

Why book an SOS call?

• If an intruder has already entered the premises, you can call for help by dialing a special number without having to speak to operators on the phone – saving valuable time without drawing attention to yourself;
• The response to the alarm is instantaneous – you don’t waste time giving the operator additional information;
• You will feel safer knowing that in the event of an incident, you will always have help;
• No need for any additional equipment – the SOS call is made from your phone.
