Security Without Borders: Support for Ukrainian Soldiers

There are situations that remind us that security is not something to be taken for granted. When war is happening nearby, it inevitably affects a wider community — not only geographically close countries, but also people, organizations, and everyone who understands the value of stability, peace, and the ability to live without constant threat.

In response, and seeing real needs, we decided to contribute in a practical way – 25,000 pairs of winter gloves meeting military specifications worth of 65,000 Euros were purchased and are being delivered in stages to Ukrainian soldiers through organizations experienced in humanitarian aid. Such items may seem simple, but in everyday conditions they become an essential element of work and safety.

Support for Ukraine is not new or accidental in our activities. Previously, we have already provided armored vehicles that were sent to Ukraine and are used in real conditions. This step is another part of a consistent approach based on a simple idea: if we have the opportunity to contribute, we should use it.

Support can take many forms from equipment to everyday essentials. However, its true value is defined not by its type or scale, but by the fact that it reaches those who need it most at that moment.

Cooperation with trusted partners

To ensure the aid is delivered responsibly and promptly, the gloves are distributed through organizations that have reliable supply channels and experience working with support for Ukraine:

  • VšĮ Miliūtė
  • VšĮ Šešios AM
  • VšĮ Stiprūs kartu

This ensures that shipments reach recipients safely and on time.

This initiative is not about an organization or its activities. It is about a broader sense of responsibility and a reminder that even in complex situations, each of us can contribute according to our abilities. Sometimes support is large and visible, sometimes small and unnoticed, yet both can be equally important.

The most important thing is not to forget that the opportunity to help often appears unexpectedly, and its true value is revealed when it becomes real support for the person who needs it most.
