EUROCASH1 separates three business areas to create new opportunities for growth
2026-10-29
EUROCASH1 is entering a new stage of development, with security, cash management and safe deposit box rental services to operate through separate companies. This step will give each business more opportunities to grow, invest in advanced technology and provide clients with an even more personalised service. Service delivery will continue as usual under existing contractual terms.
The change builds on more than 25 years of experience and forms part of Lithuanian-owned CHS Investment Group’s growth strategy. With a dedicated focus on their respective services, the companies will be able to make decisions faster, target investment in modernisation and pursue new market opportunities.
Three business areas, three specialist companies
Following the separation, services in Lithuania will be organised as follows:
- EUROCASH1, UAB will continue to provide security services.
- EUROCASH1 LT, UAB will provide cash collection and cash management services from 1 November 2026.
- VAULTS1, UAB will operate the safe deposit box rental business.
All three companies remain part of CHS Investment Group. Their teams will continue to work closely together, share expertise and contribute to the Group’s common goals.
“Separating our business activities is a natural step for a business that has grown for more than 25 years, giving each service area greater opportunities to develop. The individual companies will be able to focus fully on their services, make decisions faster, invest more strategically and take advantage of market opportunities,” says Vilius Makauskas, Director of CHS Investment Group.
The change also aligns the Group’s structure across its markets. In Latvia, for example, security, cash management and safe deposit box rental services are already provided by separate Group companies.
Service delivery will remain unchanged for clients
Clients will continue to receive services as usual. The new companies will fulfil the contractual obligations transferred to them under the same terms and arrangements set out in existing service agreements.
Security services will continue to be provided by EUROCASH1, UAB. Service arrangements, contractual terms, rights and obligations will remain unchanged, so security services clients do not need to take any additional action.
Clients whose service provider is changing will receive separate communication with the relevant company details, payment information and any next steps relating to their agreements.
Tomas Augucevičius and Gražina Didė to lead the companies
Tomas Augucevičius will lead both EUROCASH1, UAB and EUROCASH1 LT, UAB in Lithuania, having previously served as EUROCASH1’s Executive Director. Gražina Didė will lead VAULTS1, UAB, the safe deposit box rental company.
Vilius Makauskas will continue as Director of CHS Investment Group, overseeing the Group’s strategic development and investment management. This division of responsibilities will allow company directors to focus on day-to-day operations and service quality, while Group management concentrates on investment and new business opportunities.
A new stage for a growing group
CHS Investment Group companies operate in five European countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Spain and Italy. Together, they employ more than 2,300 people. The Group expects revenue to grow by more than one-third in 2026, exceeding €57 million.
In the Baltic states, the Group is developing advanced security solutions and modernising its cash management operations. In Western Europe, it is expanding the VAULTS1 safe deposit box rental network, which now comprises eight facilities across four countries. The latest facility opened in Milan in April 2026.
“Our goal is to grow sustainably in every market, drawing on our experience and investing in service quality, technology and new business opportunities,” says Vilius Makauskas.
